bookgenieai is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, design, and export printable booklets for platforms including Amazon KDP, Etsy, and Gumroad. Features include AI-assisted writing, layout templates, cover design, sales tracking, and export tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious software, spam, or abusive content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. bookgenieai retains ownership of the platform, software, templates, and AI models. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
