Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first paid month of Creator or Pro, email us at support@bookgenieai.com within 7 days of your initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Recurring Subscriptions

After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans (when offered) can be refunded on a pro-rated basis for unused months within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

We do not refund:

• Charges older than 7 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual)
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Past subscription periods where the service was used

Email support@bookgenieai.com with the email address used on your account and the date of charge. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
